Description
Kent Independent School District (Kent ISD) is seeking proposals for the provision of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) maintenance services for its network electronics for fiscal year 2027‑2028. The contract will cover routine preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, parts replacement, and performance testing of UPS systems across district facilities. Bidders must submit two paper copies in sealed envelopes and an electronic copy via the Triple R bidder portal by 2:00 PM on November 20, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered. The district will open bids at its Administration Building in Grand Rapids, MI, and will evaluate them for recommendation to the Board of Education. No oral or electronic bids (aside from the required portal upload) are accepted.
