R--BOST-SPECIAL EVENT PLANNING SERVICES

The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide event planning and production services for the Battle of Bunker Hill 250th Commemoration. The event will take place from June 12-17, 2025, and will include a naturalization ceremony, flag planting, community concert, and remembrance ceremony. The contractor will be responsible for planning and coordinating the events, including setup, breakdown, and overnight security. The contractor will also be responsible for providing documentary video recording services and amplifying pre-event public relations work. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing event planning and production services for the Battle of Bunker Hill 250th Commemoration • Coordinating setup and breakdown of the event • Providing overnight security services (at the contractor's expense) • Providing documentary video recording services for certain events • Amplifying pre-event public relations work • Working with the NPS Communications Specialist to determine greeting protocols and placement of a NPS installed press tent for post-event interviews • Obtaining city permits for elements such as the satellite viewing area • Coordinating ASL interpreter services for the June 17 Remembrance Ceremony • Uplinking to RTMP streaming for parkwide streaming on FB Live or YouTube Live
