Holiday and Special Event Decoration Rental, Installation, and Removal

The City of St. Cloud is seeking proposals for the rental, installation, and removal of holiday and special event decorations. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and installing Christmas decorations, including LED pole-mounted decorations, lighted garland wraps, and a 28-foot Christmas tree. The vendor will also be responsible for maintaining the decorations throughout the holiday season and removing them after January 2nd. The contract will be for an initial three-year period, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
