The County is seeking an authorized HP reseller to supply HP ProLiant servers, related peripheral equipment, and associated value‑added services under an annual contract. The vendor must provide a full line of HP servers (rack, standalone, blade), peripherals (memory, drives, networking, cables, etc.), and include services such as on‑site configuration, order tracking, rapid response to quote requests, and weekly status reporting. Pricing must be expressed as a discount percentage below the Georgia state contract price for both servers and peripherals, with a ceiling of 8 % above cost for non‑contract peripherals, and the same percentages must be maintained for up to four optional renewal years. The contract starts Jan 1 2027, with a total anticipated spend of about $1.4 million for a single data‑center location.
