The Town of Nantucket is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive, independent assessment of its municipal IT environment and deliver a multi‑year strategic roadmap. The work covers six domains—Infrastructure & Network, Cybersecurity & Risk, Applications & Software, IT Governance & Policy, Staffing & Organization, and Enterprise Technology Governance—across the Town, County, Police, Fire, Public Schools, and Airport entities. Deliverables include a detailed assessment report, an executive‑level presentation, and a prioritized, cost‑estimated roadmap to be completed within 120 days of contract award.
