The Town of Nantucket is seeking a vendor to conduct a full assessment of its current information technology environment and to produce a multi‑year strategic roadmap that aligns IT initiatives with municipal goals, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements. This effort will involve evaluating hardware, software, network, security, and service delivery, identifying gaps and risks, and recommending prioritized actions and implementation phasing. The deliverable will be a comprehensive report and roadmap that the town can use for future planning and budgeting.
