Alcohol Beverage Concession Services at the Caldwell Event Center

The City of Caldwell is seeking a qualified vendor to provide alcohol beverage concession services at the Caldwell Events Center. The successful proposer will be expected to demonstrate proven experience in alcohol sales and concessions, compliance with state and local licensing and permitting requirements, strong operational capabilities, and a commitment to responsible service practices. The vendor will be required to provide a variety of alcoholic beverages, including popular national and local brands, and to pay a percentage of net sales to the City. The contract will be for a term of 5 years, with an option to terminate with 30 days' notice. • The City of Caldwell is a premier multi-purpose facility serving the greater Caldwell community. • The Events Center hosts a wide range of events, including sporting events, banquets, and community gatherings. • The successful proposer will be required to provide high-quality, responsible, and customer-focused alcohol beverage services. • The proposer must demonstrate compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, and codes of federal, state, and local governments. • The proposer must provide proof of necessary licenses and permits to sell beer, alcohol, and liquor.
