Fire Protection Sprinkler Test, Inspection and Repairs Program - 27

The University of North Carolina Greensboro (UNCG) Facilities Operations department is seeking a qualified vendor to perform annual testing, inspection, and repair of fire protection sprinkler systems across its 54 academic and facilities buildings (over 2 million sq ft). The vendor must coordinate inspections to minimize disruptions, provide comprehensive electronic and bound‑paper reports per NFPA 25, and be able to perform repairs with a rapid response (30 min emergency call‑back, 2‑hour onsite). The contract is a 2‑year term with up to three optional 1‑year renewals and requires the vendor to hold appropriate NC licenses, have at least five years of relevant experience, maintain a local presence, and carry required insurance.
