Office of Workforce Development Case Management System

The State of Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, implement, and support an integrated Case Management System for the Office of Workforce Development (OWD). The solution must replace or integrate with existing tools, support a wide range of workforce services, manage case distribution, job‑seeker journeys, provider relationships, labor‑market data, reporting, and ensure compliance with federal and state programs. The contractor will be responsible for all phases – requirements analysis, system architecture, data conversion (≈65‑70 GB and 900 k documents), configuration, testing (unit, integration, penetration, UAT, etc.), training, deployment, and a twelve‑month warranty/maintenance period. Key deliverables include detailed project management plans (schedule, risk, communication, quality, security), technical architecture, data conversion, testing suites, training materials, and ongoing support. The contract will be awarded after a competitive RFP process, with a submission deadline of 16 Sept 2026.
