This statewide Washington contract provides eligible purchasers with access to a broad range of commercial‑kitchen equipment, supplies, and related services. The award will cover the sale, delivery, installation, maintenance, and disposal of items such as refrigerators, freezers, ovens, ranges, fryers, dishwashers, ice‑makers, mixers, and associated accessories. The contract runs for 36 months beginning July 1 2027, with a possible performance‑based extension of up to 24 months, and includes strict compliance requirements for insurance, prevailing‑wage payment, reporting, and record retention. Vendors must be Washington‑registered small or veteran‑owned businesses and must meet extensive safety, energy, and security standards.
• Scope: Supply and service of new commercial‑kitchen equipment (refrigeration, cooking appliances, dishwashers, etc.) across all Washington state agencies, schools, counties, cities, and eligible non‑profits.
• Duration: Fixed 36‑month term (July 1 2027 – June 30 2030) with optional 24‑month extension contingent on performance metrics.
• Requirements: Mandatory insurance coverage, WEBS registration, UBI, prevailing‑wage compliance, quarterly sales reporting, and adherence to detailed technical specifications (UL, NSF, Energy‑Star, etc.).
