Description
The university is seeking a qualified firm to perform comprehensive inspection, maintenance, and testing of all existing HVAC life‑safety dampers (fire, smoke, and combined fire/smoke) across the Westfield State University campus. The work is treated as a single contract item and must be performed in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards.
• Scope covers inspection, preventive maintenance, functional testing, and documentation for all life‑safety dampers campus‑wide.
• Contractor must have experience with HVAC fire‑ and smoke‑damper systems and be able to provide certified reports.
