Description
This solicitation calls for a qualified HVAC contractor to provide comprehensive annual maintenance inspections, routine repairs, and emergency repair services for multiple CAL FIRE fire stations throughout the Santa Clara Unit and surrounding counties. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and waste disposal, and must respond to emergency service requests within tight time frames. The work includes scheduled inspections, up‑to‑five‑hour repair windows per service, rapid emergency response, parts supply, installation of new equipment, and full documentation and reporting in compliance with state regulations.
• Perform one annual HVAC inspection per site, deliver detailed reports, and recommend replacements.
• Provide up to 5 hours of routine repair per service and guarantee a 2‑day on‑site response for emergencies.
• Supply, install, and recycle HVAC parts/equipment, maintain OSHA/NFPA compliance, and submit quarterly invoices with required certifications.
