RFQ For On-Call Special Planning, Programming Inspection, and other Consulting Services

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is seeking experienced and qualified firms to provide on-call special planning, programming, inspection, and other consulting services. The selected firms will be required to maintain a local office within a 50-mile radius of UNLV and provide services on an as-needed basis. The services include special inspection and testing, asbestos documentation and monitoring, general monitoring, professional estimating, commissioning, testing, adjusting, and balancing, and utility line and location services. The initial contract term is one year with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The total aggregate spent for all projects for the life of the contract may not exceed $3,000,000 per firm. • The selected firms will provide on-call services for various projects, including construction, renovation, and maintenance of UNLV facilities. • The firms will be required to respond to informal requests for proposals (IRFPs) for individual projects. • The firms will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and pricing. • The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive proposer(s). • The contract term is one year with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. • The total aggregate spent for all projects for the life of the contract may not exceed $3,000,000 per firm.
