Description
The Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking qualified dental anesthesiologists to provide anesthesia services at the Lubbard State Supported Living Center (SSLC). The contractor will be responsible for delivering on‑site dental anesthesia for resident dental procedures, ensuring compliance with all state licensing, credentialing, and ethical standards. Services include staffing qualified anesthesiologists, providing necessary anesthesia equipment and supplies, maintaining records, and coordinating with the facility’s dental team. The contract is an IFB (Invitation for Bid) and requires submission of a detailed response package via email, the HHSC Online Bid Room, or hand‑delivered USB drive by the deadline. Bidders must also submit required certifications, pricing sheets, and attestations, and comply with HHSC’s ethics and disclosure requirements.
• Provide on‑site dental anesthesia for all scheduled dental procedures at Lubbock SSLC.
• Supply qualified dental anesthesiologists, anesthesia equipment, and necessary pharmaceuticals.
