Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) seeks a qualified dental provider to deliver on‑site dental services to residents of the Southeastern Veterans Center (SEVC) in Spring City, PA. The contract will be a three‑year purchase order with two optional one‑year renewals, awarded to the lowest responsive quote. The contractor must hold a valid Pennsylvania dental license, have at least five years of dental service experience, and operate within a 20‑mile radius of the facility. Services include weekly on‑site visits, one annual comprehensive exam and prophylaxis per resident, emergency care 24/7, and optional procedures as outlined in Appendix A. The contractor must supply all equipment, sterilize instruments, provide a backup dentist, manage scheduling, submit monthly service reports, and handle billing directly with Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers, with the Veterans Home acting as payer of last resort. Background checks, infection‑control compliance, and annual staff training are mandatory.
