The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) is establishing a five‑year agency‑term contract to supply flat‑panel televisions (55‑in and 65‑in) and associated mounting brackets on an as‑needed basis. The contractor must deliver equipment FOB Destination, comply with security and delivery‑hour requirements, and meet detailed technical specifications (4K resolution, LED display, HDMI/USB inputs, network connectivity, wireless casting, and a 12‑month warranty). Orders will be issued via purchase orders throughout the contract term, with quantities up to 150 units of each TV size and 300 mounting brackets. The award will be made to a single vendor selected through a sealed bid process.
• Provide 55‑in and 65‑in flat‑panel LED TVs meeting 4K, HDMI, USB, network, and casting specs.
• Supply tilting or full‑motion mounting brackets compatible with the TVs.
• Deliver equipment to multiple TDOT locations (Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Jackson) during business hours (7 AM‑3:30 PM).
• Assume all transportation, insurance, and handling risks until delivery (FOB Destination).
• Follow TDOT security protocols and provide advance delivery notifications.
• Contract term: 5 years, with purchases made on an as‑needed basis via PO.
