Description
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing 2,000 GPM diesel fire pump in Building C and provide all associated services. The scope includes removal and disposal of the current pump, supply and installation of a new diesel fire pump assembly, controllers, fuel tank (with optional alternate to retain existing tank), related electrical work, testing, commissioning, training, and close‑out documentation. The contractor must submit a sealed proposal by 10 AM on Nov 11, 2026, attend a mandatory pre‑bid conference/site visit on Nov 2, 2026, and comply with extensive certification, bonding, and insurance requirements. Evaluation will be based on experience, technical approach, schedule, and cost.
