Maintenance Service Coverage for the Nikon XTH320 LC X-Ray System

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to Nikon Metrology, LLC for the purchase of a full coverage service agreement for the Nikon XTH320 LC X-Ray System. The service agreement shall cover a 12-month full coverage including two preventative maintenance, two radiation surveys, and all parts, travel, and labor. The contractor shall have demonstrated knowledge and expertise to provide servicing and preventative maintenance on a Nikon XTH320 LC X-Ray System. • The contract will be for a base year plus four 12-month option periods, for a total of five years. • The contractor must have expertise in maintenance and repair work in laboratory instrumentation. • The contractor must have demonstrated experience and understanding of the entire Nikon XTH320 LC X-Ray System, mechanics, parts, operation, testing, and all potential technical problems.
