FY27 ACHD Custodial Services

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide full‑service custodial (janitorial) support for all ACHD facilities for FY27. The contract will cover daily, weekly and monthly cleaning, semi‑annual carpet cleaning, and semi‑annual interior window cleaning across four major sites totaling roughly 180,000 sq ft. Respondents must attend a mandatory pre‑submission meeting and site walkthrough on September 2, 2026, submit questions by that same date, and deliver a sealed electronic proposal by September 9, 2026. The award will be made to the highest‑ranked, responsive bidder; the successful contractor must be able to furnish required bonds, insurance, and staffing resources, and will execute the agreement within 15 days of award.
