Description
Ann Arbor Public Schools is seeking qualified providers to deliver comprehensive Facility, Energy, and Operational Improvement Services for its district. The contract will cover the full project lifecycle—from design and engineering analysis through installation and commissioning—under a single accountable entity. Respondents must be capable of integrating energy‑conservation measures, operational efficiency upgrades, and compliance with Michigan state statutes (MCL 380.1274a, MCL 380.1267). Proposals are to be submitted electronically via BuildingConnected by the deadline, and must include a suite of required forms and certifications. The district reserves the right to evaluate proposals on criteria beyond price alone.
