The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a qualified vendor to install a duct‑less HVAC split‑system and a dedicated 20‑amp electrical circuit for a server room on the third floor of a residential‑style building in Westborough. The work includes supplying and installing the indoor and outdoor HVAC units, routing refrigerant lines surface‑mounted, providing all required plumbing and electrical connections, obtaining permits, and completing testing and commissioning. The vendor must also install a quad‑receptacle in the attic and ensure all penetrations are properly sealed. The contract is a not‑to‑exceed fixed‑price award with preference given to SBPP‑eligible small businesses.
