Delaware State University seeks a qualified Special Event Management Company to deliver full‑service entertainment and stage‑production support for a variety of university events over a three‑year base period, with two optional one‑year extensions. The contractor will handle talent sourcing, technical design, equipment provision, staffing, logistics, safety compliance, and post‑event reporting for concerts, speaker series, convocation, commencement, orientation and other special events. • End‑to‑end production services including rigging, lighting, audio‑visual, video‑wall, power, and back‑line equipment. • Qualified personnel such as Production Managers, Certified Riggers, Audio/Lighting Engineers, Video Directors, Safety Officers, and stagehands. • Mandatory safety plans, OSHA/ADA compliance, insurance (GL $1 M/$3 M, workers’ comp, auto, cyber‑liability) and Delaware business licensure. • Detailed pricing required on an event‑tier basis; prices must remain firm for the contract term. • No bid bond; electronic submission of a single PDF ≤ 5 MB by March 31 2026.
