Event Rental Supplies and Equipment

The Newark Board of Education seeks a vendor to supply a full suite of event‑rental items and services for school and administrative events over a two‑year period. This includes furnishing (tables, chairs, linens), power generators, a variety of amusement rides and games, complete set‑up and takedown, safety inspections, licensing documentation, site layout plans, and required insurance coverage. Bids must be submitted electronically, incorporating all costs (FOB destination) and meeting extensive safety, licensing, and insurance requirements.
