Massasoit Community College is seeking a qualified executive‑search firm to conduct a nationwide search for a new college president. The firm will manage all phases of the search, from design and outreach to candidate evaluation, interviews, reference checks, and final offer support, with an emphasis on diversity recruitment. The contract will be awarded based on a best‑value evaluation of management approach, technical methodology, and price. The selected firm must have recent experience with presidential searches at public higher‑education institutions and must provide a single flat‑fee covering all services.
