Description
The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) seeks a qualified executive coach to provide confidential, individualized coaching to the Chancellor and senior leadership of the statewide, 13‑college system. The engagement is a one‑year contract (renewable up to five years) with a maximum annual budget of $60,000. The coach must have senior‑level higher‑education experience, conduct monthly coaching sessions (60‑90 min), be available for ad‑hoc consultation, facilitate two onsite engagements per year, and support the Chancellor in achieving at least two leadership‑development goals. Deliverables include a launch charter, monthly coaching, progress assessments at six months, and a final impact reflection.
