Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, implement, and support an enterprise‑wide Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. The solution must centralize audit, risk, policy, legal, IT security, and environmental health & safety processes; automate workflows, evidence collection, and reporting; provide role‑based, secure, cloud‑native access; integrate with existing systems such as SharePoint, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Workday, and support single sign‑on (Azure AD/Okta). The vendor must deliver implementation planning, configuration, training, ongoing maintenance, and compliance with Texas state security, privacy, FERPA, and accessibility standards (TX‑RAMP, WCAG 2.1 AA). Pricing must include licensing, user tiers, modules, implementation, integration, support, and renewal terms.
• Provide a configurable, scalable GRC platform covering internal audit, legal, policy management, IT security, risk management, and EHS.
• Automate audit cycles, continuous monitoring, issue tracking, and corrective‑action workflows.
• Enable secure, role‑based access with SSO and MFA, and support multi‑department workspaces.
• Integrate with SharePoint, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Workday, and public‑facing website APIs.
• Meet TX‑RAMP, FERPA, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements.
• Deliver implementation plan, training (end‑user, admin, train‑the‑trainer), and post‑implementation support with SLAs.
