Description
The Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) is seeking one or more qualified contractors to design, implement, and support an enterprise‑wide fraud detection and monitoring platform. The solution must integrate with existing TRS systems, cover defined fraud scenarios across procurement, pension, and paper‑based processes, and provide risk scoring, alerts, and reporting. Work includes implementation services, configuration, training, project management, and ongoing licensing/maintenance. Respondents may submit a comprehensive proposal covering all three statements of work or separate proposals for individual SOWs. The contract term is two years with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and the anticipated contract value is approximately $2 million.
• Implement a fraud detection platform that integrates with TRS applications.
• Support three SOWs: procurement fraud, pension fraud, and paper‑based fraud (consulting only or consulting + solution).
• Provide configuration, training, project management, and ongoing maintenance/licensing.
• Must demonstrate experience with fraud solutions in highly regulated environments and comply with SOC 2/ISO 27001 or equivalent security standards.
