Event Equipment Rental Services Request for Proposals

The State of Hawaii is seeking proposals for event equipment rental services, specifically tent equipment rental, for Friday night events at Capitol Modern: The Hawaii State Art Museum. The events will take place from December 2025 to December 2026. The successful vendor will be required to provide event tent equipment rental services for a period of 12 months. The scope of work includes providing tent equipment rental services for various events, including Friday Night Tempo and First Friday events. • The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel to ensure the successful execution of the events. • The vendor must comply with all applicable state and federal statutes. • The vendor must include all applicable fees, charges, surcharges, shipping/handling, delivery, or any other charges associated with this solicitation in the price submitted. • The vendor must register with the Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) system prior to responding to the solicitation. • The vendor must provide proof of compliance with all applicable state and federal statutes.
