Description
The State Laboratories Division of the Hawaii Department of Health seeks a qualified vendor to provide a suite of proficiency‑testing (PT) panels for the 2027 testing year. The panels cover bacterial 16S rRNA, Chikungunya virus, Dengue virus RNA, MALDI‑TOF, malaria (Plasmodium spp.), and poxvirus challenges. All panels must be ISO 17043 accredited, shipped all‑inclusive (taxes, fees, and shipping), and the vendor must supply a current Certificate of Vendor Compliance (CVC) from Hawaii Compliance Express that matches the vendor name in Aloha eBuys. The contract runs from early February 2027 through the end of December 2027, and the award will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible offer.
• Supply six distinct PT panel kits (one each for B16SrRNA27, CHIKV27, DENVRNA27, MALDI27, MALARIA27, POX27).
• Each kit must be ISO 17043 accredited and delivered with all taxes, fees, and shipping included.
• Vendor must provide a valid CVC at award and final payment; no questions are accepted, and all responses are submitted electronically via Aloha eBuys.
