The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a Notice of Intent to Sole‑Source a one‑year preventive‑maintenance and repair contract for Philips imaging equipment located at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. Philips Healthcare, the OEM and sole authorized licenser, will be the awardee. The scope includes on‑site technician visits, OEM parts, software updates, remote diagnostics, and all associated labor and travel for a list of specified imaging systems.
