DPS Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS)

The Iowa Department of Management (DOM), on behalf of the Iowa Department of Public Safety (DPS), is issuing an RFI to gather information on Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) platforms and implementation approaches. DPS seeks a solution that can centrally intake, store, manage, share, retain, and place legal holds on digital evidence, while providing immutable audit trails and chain‑of‑custody controls.
