Local Retail & Grocery - Supplemental

The Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for Local Retail & Grocery services. The contract is for various campuses and departments to purchase on an as-needed basis by the campuses and departments of BISD located throughout Haltom City, Richland Hills, Hurst, North Richland Hills, and Watauga. The proposal is broad and covers a wide variety of goods and services, including retail shops, groceries, fundraisers, restaurants, food trucks, bounce houses, event rentals, photography services, dry cleaning/alteration services, promotional items and services, entertainment, travel, embroidery, printing, and any other goods or services that the district utilizes. • The contract term is from April 24, 2026, through June 30, 2026, with the option to extend for three additional one-year periods. • The district seeks to award multiple vendors utilizing the catalog discount. • The estimated total expenditure annually will be $240,883.59. • Vendors must respond to this RFCSP to be included on Birdville ISD's approved vendor list.
