The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is establishing multiple Time‑and‑Material price agreements for painting, plaster, and sheetrock services across its statewide highway system. Vendors will submit hourly labor rates and material markup percentages for each county/district line item. The contract will run from the award date until June 30 2029, with up to two one‑year renewal options. Bids are submitted electronically via MissouriBUYS; vendors must be registered and provide required compliance exhibits, insurance certificates, and M/WBE/SDV/E disclosures. The award will be based on the lowest total bid using a weighted formula (60 % labor rate, 40 % material markup).
