Search and Rescue HVAC Design

Teton County is seeking experienced persons and firms to provide HVAC design services for the Search and Rescue facility. The project includes analyzing existing conditions, selecting a new energy-efficient system, and providing plans and specifications for demolition, disposal, and replacement of existing HVAC equipment. The desired outcome is a project manual with plans and specifications that integrate with the county building automation standard. • The project requires a pre-bid conference and site walk-through on May 1, 2025. • The proposal must include a cover letter, table of contents, summary of approach, project schedule, pricing, personnel qualifications, and references. • The evaluation criteria include experience of key individuals, experience of the firm, experience with the type of project, past satisfactory work, and proposed fee.
