The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a small‑business vendor to renew its Men & Mice Micetro IP Address Management and DHCP solution for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. The contract will cover software license renewal, maintenance, and support for approximately 23,000 IP addresses across more than 20 U.S. locations. The award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer and must be submitted by the stated deadline.
