Katy Independent School District (Katy ISD) is seeking proposals from qualified insurance providers to supply property insurance coverage for the district. The current policy expires March 1 2027, and the district requires new policies covering periods ending March 1 2028 and May 1 2028. Prospective bidders must obtain a questionnaire from the district’s consultant, Robert V. Reim, submit the completed questionnaire by October 27 2026, then submit a primary limit proposal by December 1 2026 and a final proposal by December 17 2026 through the OpenGov e‑procurement system. The award will be made to the qualified insurer(s) that meet the district’s requirements.
