26-025 ITB Stage, Sound, Lighting for Campus Events

Austin Peay State University is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive staging, audio, lighting, video, and technical support for all campus‑wide events over a five‑year period. The contractor must supply a range of stage sizes, sound systems, lighting packages, video displays, and on‑site technicians, as well as handle delivery, setup, testing, and teardown for each event. The contract is a firm‑price, non‑escalating agreement with net‑30 payment terms and no pre‑payment. • Provide indoor and outdoor stage structures (8 ft × 8 ft up to 20 ft × 30 ft) with optional skirting and coverings. • Deliver complete audio packages (small‑scale to large outdoor systems) and lighting solutions (wash, multicolor, strobe, flown lighting). • Supply video equipment (LED boards, projection screens) and on‑site technical staff for setup, operation, and teardown. • Offer planning, site assessments, backup equipment, and the ability to support last‑minute events. • Maintain required insurance, workers’ compensation, and compliance with federal, state, and university regulations.
