The Missoula Fire Department is seeking competitive sealed bids to remodel the HVAC system at Fire Station #1. The work includes removal of existing boilers and equipment, installation of new boilers, HVAC units, controls, and associated mechanical improvements, along with testing, balancing, warranty, and documentation.
• Removal of existing boilers, HVAC equipment, controls, and mechanical components.
• Installation of new boilers, HVAC units, controls, and related system improvements.
• Compliance with all codes, permits, and agency reviews.
• NEBB‑certified testing and balancing, commissioning, and one‑year warranty.
• Provision of as‑built drawings, operation/maintenance manuals, and a 30‑day post‑completion service period.
