The State of Michigan is seeking a single (or multiple) award contract to supply, warehouse, and distribute a comprehensive line of patient clothing and related textile items for its four adult hospitals (MDHHS) and 26 adult correctional facilities (MDOC). The contractor must provide a full catalog of garments—including underwear, undershirts, bras, sports bras, jeans, sweatpants, shirts, socks, shower shoes, pajamas, sweatshirts, windbreakers, winter jackets, gloves, hats, Velcro shoes, athletic shorts, slippers, and bathrobes—each meeting detailed material, size, color, and construction specifications. Responsibilities include maintaining minimum stock levels (at least ten units per size/item), managing an online ordering platform with 24/7 access, handling order processing within 7‑14 days, providing product data sheets, sample garments on request, and adhering to strict quality, warranty, recall, and ADA compliance requirements. The contract also mandates MDOC‑specific training for staff, detailed invoicing, electronic funds transfer payments, and data‑retention obligations.
