Description
The Town of Hatfield is seeking a contractor to fully renovate the Hatfield Farm Museum, an agricultural‑type historic building. The work includes installing a new asphalt composition shingle roof, repairing and replacing wood siding and trim, updating the entire electrical system with new lighting, conduit, switches, and outlets, removing, salvaging, and reinstalling exterior barn hardware and signage, installing a new wood fascia board, patching roof sheathing, regrading the site to improve drainage, and repairing grass areas disturbed during construction.
