Description
The 156th Wing at Muniz Air National Guard Base in Carolina, PR seeks a qualified small‑business contractor to supply and install a new 10‑ton HVAC package unit in Building 11, replacing a failed system. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, single‑award, 30‑day performance period, with all materials, labor, transportation, and quality‑control responsibilities placed on the contractor. The solicitation is set‑aside 100 % to small businesses and requires registration in SAM.gov.
• Supply and install one 10‑ton HVAC package unit (including all associated materials, labor, equipment, fuel, and QC).
• Complete the work within 30 calendar days after receipt of the contract.
• Attend an optional site visit on 28 Oct 2026; submit attendance request by 27 Oct 2026 2 PM EST.
• Submit RFIs by 31 Oct 2026 2 PM CT; final offer due 3 Nov 2026 10 AM EST (email to Angel Solis).
• Must be a U.S. small business (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, or EDWOSB) and be SAM‑registered.
