The State of Michigan’s Department of Technology, Management & Budget is seeking a qualified printer to produce 40,000 copies of the DCH 669 Fee‑For‑Service Handbook. The handbook consists of a 4‑page glossy cover (80#) and a 20‑page interior (60# white offset), bound by saddle stitch, wrapped and palletized for shipment. All freight must be included in the bid, and the vendor must provide a detailed quote letter, proof, and meet a turnaround of 15‑20 business days after proof approval. Pricing must be held for 30 days, and the printer must indicate whether production will occur in Michigan. Only pre‑qualified vendors will be considered; award will be based on best price and value.
