RFP - Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Advisory Services

San Diego Community Power seeks a qualified commercial‑real‑estate brokerage and advisory firm to serve as its strategic real‑estate advisor for a five‑year term. The consultant will assess current and future office‑space needs, develop a long‑term occupancy strategy, provide tenant‑representation and lease‑negotiation support, and, when authorized, assist with acquisition‑related transactions and property evaluations. The work will include detailed market analyses, space‑program development, decision‑support matrices, and ongoing advisory services throughout the contract period. • Conduct occupancy needs assessment and produce a space‑program report. • Perform market analysis, identify viable lease/relocation/acquisition alternatives, and deliver a comprehensive occupancy‑strategy recommendation. • Provide on‑demand tenant‑representation, lease negotiation, and transaction support, including property tours and financial analysis, as authorized by Community Power.
