Description
The City of Asheville is seeking proposals for sports officiating and referee services. The selected vendor will be responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, evaluating, background screening, and processing payroll and records management for various athletic programs, including adult basketball, adult flag football, adult softball, youth baseball, youth basketball, and youth flag football.
• The proposal schedule includes a pre-proposal meeting on February 2, 2026, and a deadline for submitting questions on February 4, 2026.
• Proposals are due on February 12, 2026, and the projected project start date is March 30, 2026.
• The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
