The State of Hawaii’s Department of Health is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud‑based Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) communication platform to support the WIC Services Branch on Oahu. The contract will run for one year, beginning October 1 2026 and ending September 30 2027, and the vendor must be able to deliver, host, and maintain the platform in compliance with state regulations.
