The Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking bids for an annual contract to provide event inflatables, rides, entertainment, and event accessories. The contract will include the provision of various items such as bounce houses, water slides, interactive entertainment, and carnival rides. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and attending to the rentable items, as well as providing staff attendants to ensure proper utilization. The contract term will be for 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods.
