Trade Service Agreement - Pipe Insulator

Eastern Kentucky University is seeking qualified contractors to provide on‑call pipe‑insulator services across its campus. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and related services on an as‑needed basis, with the university retaining the right to award portions of the work to multiple vendors. The contract will be a two‑year price‑contract with optional annual renewals up to a total of five years. Bidders must register in EKU’s Jaggaer e‑procurement system, submit all required certifications (including insurance), and answer mandatory pre‑submission questions about equipment proximity, personnel, payment terms, warranties, insurance, references, and willingness to extend pricing to other Kentucky institutions. • Scope: Provide pipe insulation labor (weekday, Saturday, Sunday, holiday) on an hourly basis, including all tools, trucks, and mileage. • Contract term: Initial 2‑year period (through 30 Nov 2028) with up to three one‑year renewals. • Mandatory deliverables: Completed bid forms, ACORD insurance certificate, worker‑comp affidavit, KRS violations report, resident‑bidder status, and answers to required questions by 10/21/2026.
