RACM Demolition Debris Disposal Site- REBID

The City of Toledo is seeking qualified vendors to provide one or more EPA‑licensed disposal sites for regulated asbestos‑containing material (RACM) and non‑asbestos demolition debris generated from emergency fire demolitions. The contractor must obtain and maintain all required EPA and state permits, accept deliveries of demolition debris during specified hauling windows, and assume full responsibility for the material once it arrives on the vendor’s site. Weekly dumping slips must be submitted to the City’s program manager, and the contractor must indemnify the City against any claims arising from the disposal activities.
