Vadnais Boulevard Professional Design Services

Ramsey County’s Public Works Department, in partnership with the cities of Little Canada and Vadnais Heights, is seeking a qualified professional engineering consulting firm to provide comprehensive design services for the Vadnais Boulevard Project (stretch from Rice Street to County Road E). The work includes preliminary engineering, detailed design, and preparation of construction documents for a roadway improvement funded by the Minnesota State Legislature and incorporated into the 2026‑2030 Transportation Improvement Program. The solicitation package includes existing alignment studies, prior bikeway and drainage improvements, and a topographic survey standard to guide the design effort. • Design of roadway, bridge, and associated drainage improvements along Vadnais Boulevard. • Preparation of construction‑ready drawings and specifications in compliance with state and local standards. • Coordination with Ramsey County, Little Canada, and Vadnais Heights throughout the design phase. • Delivery of final design documents ready for permitting and construction bidding.
