The Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver comprehensive remote security guard services for its Capital Regional Medical Center (CRMC) parking garage and six surrounding fringe parking lots. The contractor must operate a 24/7/365 Security Operations Center that monitors live video feeds, access‑control systems, intercoms and emergency phones, provides real‑time incident detection, audio‑down announcements, remote customer assistance, and coordinates with on‑site staff and emergency responders. Additional duties include preventive maintenance of cameras and Code Blue phones, detailed incident reporting, and monthly performance reporting. The contract covers fiscal years 2027‑2028 (approximately two years) and requires the contractor to meet strict service‑level standards, maintain ≥99 % system uptime, and achieve high customer‑satisfaction scores.
